Howard Bloom
Bloom is co-designing a multi-planetary mission at Caltech. The Office of the Secretary of Defense has thrown a forum on one of Bloom’s six books and has brought in representatives from the State Department, the Energy Department, DARPA, IBM, and MIT. BRIC-TV is currently making a 90-minute documentary about Bloom’s life called Surf the Catastrophe. Director is three-time Emmy winner Charlie Hoxie. Bloom has been on 545 North American radio stations 235 times. Buzz Aldrin has been a working colleague for twelve years. The Sheikh who runs Dubai has named a racehorse after one of Bloom’s books. The eleventh president of India has called Bloom’s writing âvisionary.â Bloom co-founded the Asian Space Technology Summit, which he chaired in Malaysia in May of 2017. Oh, and once upon a time Bloom worked with Michael Jackson, Prince, Bob Marley, Bette Midler, Billy Joel, Billy Idol, Paul Simon, Peter Gabriel, David Byrne, AC/DC, Aerosmith, Queen, Kiss, Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five, and Run-DMC.
